I purchased a pair of converse shoes for my daughter and when they arrived she did not like the color so I called Converse to see if I could exchange the ivory color for brown. I was told that I needed to return the ivory and purchase the brown. I purchased the brown the same day I called and requested a return label from Converse. I returned the shoes on 8/26/2022 and called Converse a few days later to ensure they received them. I was told by customer service that they received and restocked them on 8/31/2022 and they would process the refund in ten days. Today is 9/12/2022, no refund so I called Converse. I was told by a "supervisor" that the refund process had not been started but they have ten business days so it most likely will be the end of this week. This is ridiculous! It has been confirmed that they have had the return since 8/31 and twelve days later still no refund! As of today, the refund process has not even started!

I used to love my chucks. Wore them every single day, for years they were my one and only go to shoe. The same pair would last for a couple of years of every day wear. But this last pair i got sucks. They are flimsy. They are super light and the heel cup is non existent and they are made out of some synthetic thin material not canvas. I'm sad too say i don't think i'll buy converse again

Done with Converse sneakers. Just binned a pair after a few weeks of light wear. Sole coming away at the sides and heel rand separating from sole. New pair are quickly going the same way. Poor quality and poorly made. Make my feet sore walking any distance. Insole on left foot of Chucks feels like it has a ridge on the heel. Way down hill over last few years. QA seems non existent. Hasn't stopped prices rising.

I was discriminated against when attempting to purchase a converse product in Belgium just because I am from the United States. That is wrong no matter how you look at it. Are we one world or not?

This has been the worst experience ever!!! I ordered a shoe and paid for two day shipping and was told three different answers about when my order would arrive. I tried cancelling 10 minutes later just for the representative to tell me that I waited to late to cancel but my order wasn't yet processed. These people are CROOKED and i will never buy from them again. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Haven't worn or bought a Converse since the late 70s. Pricey..I know it's just a fashion shoes not for comfort and made towards the younger gen. They don't make Wide shoes for men as well.

I've been a great fan of their products for a very long time. I was unable to purchase it since it was too pricey and a little out of my price range, but fortunately I had this coupon from dig my cart to join the bandwagon. 100% suggested. love love the shoes

I ordered on line it didn’t go through called 2 times gave all my info 2 times and they charged me and said they will take it off later !! Who charges when you can’t provide the product
